1. How many days customers have to ask for a refund for a physical product?

  •  7 days

2. What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund for a physical product?

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product isn't used or damaged
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

3. Who pays for the shipping costs in the case of a return and how much is it?

  • The customer pays for the shipping costs, in case of a return unless stated otherwise. It's a flat rate of $3 per return.

4. How do returning item/s goes?

  • Just contact us and we will take it from there.

5. Do you issue refunds on sale items?

  • No, items on sale aren't eligible for refunds

6. Can customers exchange a product with a new one?

  • Yes BUT customers can only exchange with the same item.

8. Do you provide delivery everyday?

  • We only do delivery on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There's no delivery on public holidays.

9. Cut off time of delivery?

  • Orders received before 12pm will receive their parcel, the next working day.
  • Orders received after 12pm will receive their parcel in 2 working days.
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will receive their parcels on Tuesday.
  • Orders received on public holiday will receive their parcels in 2 working days.

10. Is there any free delivery?

  • Yes, there is. Above BND150.00 is entitle to free delivery within Brunei Darussalam unless stated otherwise.
