2. What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund for a physical product?
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product isn't used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
3. Who pays for the shipping costs in the case of a return and how much is it?
- The customer pays for the shipping costs, in case of a return unless stated otherwise. It's a flat rate of $3 per return.

- No, items on sale aren't eligible for refunds

- Yes BUT customers can only exchange with the same item.

8. Do you provide delivery everyday?
- We only do delivery on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There's no delivery on public holidays.
9. Cut off time of delivery?
- Orders received before 12pm will receive their parcel, the next working day.
- Orders received after 12pm will receive their parcel in 2 working days.
- Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will receive their parcels on Tuesday.
- Orders received on public holiday will receive their parcels in 2 working days.
10. Is there any free delivery?
- Yes, there is. Above BND150.00 is entitle to free delivery within Brunei Darussalam unless stated otherwise.
